We have a “easy return and refund policy“ which will let all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered.
We will take the returned product back with us and credit the amount to your Grocery Express wallet which you can use towards future orders.
Post delivery returns are accepted only if there is an issue with the quality or freshness of the food products or if the product you received is damaged in case of non-food products within 48 hours of purchase. In such cases, we will credit the amount to your Grocery Express wallet which you can use towards future orders.

Note: As a Covid-19 safety measure, we will not be able to pick up or accept any returns post delivery(once the delivery person has left). We request all our customers to kindly check the products at the time of delivery .
